so yesterday i had to australians stay at my house probably the coolest people ever...but yesterday we won our game 2-0 play boystown tommorrow gonna be tough.

11/15 Had basketball this morning. Shoot it was tiring.. my thighs burn. I literally cant walk. oh my gosh its so bad i walk with a limp basically. ahhh..im tired.

11/6 Went to my Great Grandmas 90th birthday today. Was pretty weird to think shes 90. I had to miss all of NFL football because they had no t.v.s where they were having the party:(

Book Review

In the book Small Steps by Louis Sacher, there is a boy named theodore, better known as Armpit by what his friends call him. All Armpit wants to do is gain money until his bestfriend X-Ray comes up with a plan to make them rich. X-Ray says "See here's the deal. They only let you buy six tickets. So together we can buy twelve. itll cost six hundred and sixty dollars. Ive got sixty, so I just need the rest from you." X-Ray explained. In this book Armpit has to deal with his bestfriend trying to come up with schemes to make the rich. The problem is X-Ray always has to use Armpits money. Armpits neighbor who has a disease that makes her have random seizures and she cant walk very well. When Armpit wants to take a girl from school, named Tatianna, to the concert he tells X-Ray to keep two tickets. Then Tatianna says can't go because of her relatives, which Armpit knew was a lie. He remembers Ginny wants to  go so he decides to take Ginny.

Ginny was so excited you could tell by this quote "So Ginny do you want to go to the concert with me" Armpit said. Ginnys eyes widened and looked for her moms approval who was already shakin her head yes. When they arrive at the concert they find out they have counterfeit tickets. It is explained in this quote "Conterfeit tickets," said the the security gaurd. "What?" Armpit said as he reached for the tickets but then the officer grabbed his arm and twisted it behind his back. Suddenly Ginny started freaking out. She was having a seizure. So the gaurds let Armpit go so he could help Ginny and thats how he met Kaira DeLeon. Instead of having seats in the back they had backstage passes. After the show Armpit confronted X-Ray about the tickets.

" I heard you. But I already agreed to meet teh duded at the H-E-B.Thats the least I can do is still meet him, right? I can't disrespect him. So I get there, and I'm waitng in the parking lot, and I'm thinking, if only there was some way you and Ginny could go to the concert, and I could still sell the tickets. And then suddenly, right in fromt of me is a big sign: All Your Copying Needs." X-Ray explained. Armpit excepts the story and X-Ray takes Armpit to the Four Seasons Hotel to have breakfast with Kaira. At the end of the story Fred, Kairas security Gaurd, ends up taking a knife for Kaira in Kairas suite and Armpit walks in right in time to stop Kairas manager from killing Kaira, Fred, and taking the money. Th e theme is to have of the book is to take small steps and never give up.

I thought that this book is a great book for young adults and teens. I do not think that kids nine years and younger should read this book because of the ending. This book is a fantastic story by Louis Sachar. Everything just seem to tie in with each other. If I made the ending I would not have Fred get knifed I would just have him get knocked out. Kairas manager, El Genius,would walk in hit Fred with a baseball bat and then chase Kaira around the room for a while then Armpit would walk in and tackle El Genius. Fred would wake up and just beat up Kairas manager.El Genius would go to jail and Kaira and Armpit would live happily ever after.
